While your courier will do everything they can to ensure you get your order, there is always a possibility that your package can get stolen. This is why it's important for you to track your package with the courier online, and that you are available to receive your order when it arrives. We do apologize if your package does get stolen, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders that don't make it to their new homes.
We do offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout and highly suggest selecting it at checkout so you are 100% insured in case an event like this happens. For a very minimal fee, Route will cover your entire order, including lost, stolen or damaged orders.
In the event of your order is lost or stolen, then Route Shipping Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Route is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from support@routeapp.io, and from there, Route will handle the rest.
