I just signed up, now what?
OG Boxes are shipped on the 20th of every month. Top Shelf Goody Boxes are shipped on the 1st of every month. If you signed up before 11:59pm PST on the 19th , your box will ship either on the 20th or 1st depending on the Goody Box you purchased. If you signup after 11:59pm PST on the 19th, your first box will be shipped the following month. Now just sit back, relax, and your box will be arriving to you very soon.
Can I order more than one box per account?
Of course you can!
When do I start getting billed for my subscription?
You will be billed the day you signup for the subscription plan chosen and then every time your subscription renews thereafter (Every 30 days). For monthly subscriptions, we bill your credit card at the time of purchase and every 30 days thereafter. For pre-paid subscriptions of 1, 3, 6 and months, we bill your credit card the full amount at the time of purchase. Gift subscriptions purchased through our “One-Time Payment Option," will not renew.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your credit card information by simply logging into your account or by sending us an email to: email@example.com and we’ll send you an online secured link to do so.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests received after the 13th of the month will go into effect the following month. Any prepaid 3 or 6 month plans can only be canceled but cannot be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot cancel prepaid discounted plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go. If there is any way that we can change your mind, please let us know. Our goal is to keep you happy and if there is a way we can do that we’d love the opportunity. Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority! To cancel your subscription, you can simply login in anytime to your account or just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests received after the 13th of the month will go into effect the following month.
When do Goody Boxes ship?
OG Goody Boxes ship on the 20th of every month and the last day to order for the same month's Goody Box is by the 19th at 11:59pm (PT).
Top Shelf Goody Boxes ship on the 1st of every month. In order to receive the same month's Top Shelf Box your order must be submitted by the 30th of the month by 11:59pm (PT) .
Orders placed after any of these cutoff times will ship the following month.
How do I update my address?
That’s easy! Simply login to your account here or send us an email with your new address to email@example.com and we’d be more than happy to update the information for you. Any changes made after the 18th of the month will be updated for the following month’s shipment.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping to the contiguous United States is between $6.50 - $9.50 per month depending on the type of Goody Box you select and where you live. For Canada and the rest of the World, an additional fee applies to every goody box shipped and will be calculated at checkout.
Where does 420 Goody Box ship?
We ship to all the contiguous United States, Canada and the Rest of the World!
How do I track my box?
Once your Goody Box has been shipped, an email will be sent notifying you of your tracking information. Please allow up to 24-hours for your tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
I would like to pause my subscription, is that possible?
You can always pause your subscription anytime by simply logging into your account. Or, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a pause and it will be our pleasure to take care of this for you.
My box arrived damaged
We apologize that you received your order damaged. In the event of your order arrives damaged, then Route Shipping Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Route is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from email@example.com and from there, Route will handle the rest. If you did not purchase the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout we will not be able to process a replacement. Damages must be reported within 48-hours of receipt of order. We cannot accept returns for used or repaired items. There are zero exceptions to this rule - it's against federal law!
Lost or stolen packages
While your courier will do everything they can to ensure you get your order, there is always a possibility that your package can get stolen. This is why it's important for you to track your package with the courier online, and that you are available to receive your order when it arrives. We do apologize if your package does get stolen, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders that don't make it to their new homes. We do offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout and highly suggest selecting it at checkout so you are 100% insured in case an event like this happens. For a very minimal fee, Route will cover your entire order, including lost, stolen or damaged orders. In the event of your order is lost or stolen, then Route Shipping Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Route is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from firstname.lastname@example.org, and from there, Route will handle the rest.
Can I send a Gift?
Of course! Simply click on the box type you would like to order, and right below the Join Now button you will find a “Purchase a One-Time Gift Box" option.
When will the recipient receive their Goody Box?
If you placed the order by 11:59pm PST by the 19th of the month, their box will ship either on the 20th of the month or the 1st (depending on which box type your purchase.) Any orders placed after 11:59pm PST on the 19th will ship out the following month.

We’d be more than happy to consider your product(s) for our goody boxes. Please send us an email with your contact information, product info and picture(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll email you if we are interested in adding your product(s).

What if I’m unhappy with my Goody Box?
No problem! Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you’re unhappy with your goody box please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to have you send it back for a full 100% refund. Please note that all contents must be in their original packaging and unused for a full refund. Refund requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of order.
